The founder's journey
From software engineer to building Grawlix.
Gireesh Kaushik started his career as a software engineer. Before founding Grawlix, he worked with organizations including Whirlpool and Citi Private Bank, gaining experience in developing enterprise applications and understanding the demands of complex business environments.
That experience shaped an important conviction: enterprise software should do more than automate individual tasks. It should bring people, processes, data and decisions together in systems that remain reliable as organizations grow.
Gireesh established Grawlix to apply that engineering mindset to the challenges businesses face—whether they need a custom operational platform, connected applications, an upgraded legacy system or an intelligent digital workflow. What began with a software engineer's perspective has developed into a broader company combining enterprise engineering, product development, AI capabilities and digital services.
Today, Gireesh serves as Founder, Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). His role connects business direction with technical strategy, while Grawlix's multidisciplinary teams contribute architecture, development, delivery, quality assurance and growth expertise.
